This session will provide an overview of the legislative context and provide practical advice on preparing a training plan. | Self-Evaluation Toolkit This session will take a detailed look at the Self-Evaluation Toolkit, now available for community and town councils in Wales. This toolkit has been developed jointly between One Voice Wales, Society for Local Council Clerks (SLCC) and Welsh Government, with advice from Audit Wales. The toolkit will support community and town councils in Wales to review the financial management, governance and accountability arrangements they have in place, consider how effective these arrangements are, and how they might be improved.
