8 May 2019As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting the development of community councils and their clerks, the Wales Government has made a very generous offer of 100% bursaries meeting the full cost of registering and studying for the Certificate in Local Council Administration (CiLCA).
This exceptional offer is available on a first come, first served basis and there is now only 1 bursary remaining!
Clerks in Wales who are considering registering for CiLCA are therefore urged to give careful consideration to this offer whist it is available.
