The May edition of The Clerk magazine is now available online.
This edition includes a special feature covering Public Services for Rural Communities. We hear from the Countryside Charity and Rural Services Network; examine connectivity in rural Wales from Digital Communities Wales; look at problems with affordable housing and banking in remote areas, and much more!
Also featured in this edition is a look at the Loo of the Year Awards; an insight into a Tiny Forest project from Chippenham Town Council, and a cautionary tale about housing estate management companies. We discover information about the new Local Council Clerk Week and hear about the recent visits from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities to various councils.
