18 June 2024SLCC would like to thank everyone who helped contribute to our response to The Committee on Standards in Public Life’s recent review on accountability within public bodies and the importance of acting on early warning signs.
Their consultation presented us with an opportunity to highlight the importance of our sector’s Civility & Respect Project and Pledge, and our response contains several recommendations in terms of means by which accountability within public bodies may be improved.
