2 September 2024The AGM will be held on Monday 7 October 2024 at 15:30 in the Paris Suite, Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Hinckley Island, Leicestershire and virtually using Zoom.
The Notice of the Meeting, Agenda and Examined Accounts are on the website along with the Annual Report which contains officers’ reports and further financial information.

The AGM is open to Full Members, Principal Members, Fellow Members, Past Service Members, Honorary Vice Presidents and any persons whose presence is approved by the meeting.
Proxy Voting
We hope you will be able to attend the AGM but for those who are unable to do so, we would still like you to be able to play a full part in the SLCC’s democratic processes by taking advantage of the proxy voting. You can appoint the chair to be your proxy at the meeting or, if you prefer, you can opt to appoint any voting member who will be attending the meeting (virtually or in-person) to act as your proxy. The proxy voting form can be downloaded here.
Matters of business at the AGM will require a 75% majority of those voting at the meeting. Voting by proxy provides an opportunity to demonstrate your satisfaction with the way in which the elected directors are conducting the affairs of SLCC on your behalf.
AGM registrations will close at 12 noon on Monday 7 October.
