4 December 2024The Cabinet Office has announced that the Procurement Act 2023 will now commence on 24 February 2025 – a delay of four months from the original go-live date of 28 October 2024 to allow time for a new National Procurement Policy Statement (NPPS) to be produced.
Publication of guidance will continue as planned and all currently published guidance remains valid. You can access the official Procurement Act 2023 Guidance documents here. These documents cover all aspects of the Procurement Act 2023 and are intended to provide technical guidance and help with interpretation and understanding.
