SLCC is offering a new face to face course which identifies challenging situations and teaches the techniques to respond effectively.

£145 + VAT for members and £165 + VAT for non-members.

The course will run from 9.30am – 4.00pm on the 12^th May at the East Sussex National Hotel or 11^th June Chilworth Manor Hotel, Hampshire.
