New 2022/23 President
Congratulations to the new SLCC President, Linda Carter FSLCC, whose appointment was confirmed at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Tuesday 1 November.
The theme for Linda’s presidential year will be young people – how we work with them, support them, and encourage them to be involved in their local councils, and she has chosen to support two charities, Centrepoint and the SLCC Educational Fund.
Each year the SLCC President is supported with sponsorship from businesses within the local council sector. Linda sincerely thanks her sponsors for the next year and looks forward to working with them: Play Innovation, Rialtas Business Solutions, Microshade VSM and National Association of Memorial Masons (NAMM).
