Designed to provide practical insights into the workings of local democracy and how councillors can effectively contribute to it, the guide serves as a stepping stone to becoming a good councillor and directs readers to local county associations offering essential training and development opportunities.
The guide is available for free to all NALC members in the development tools section of their website’s member’s area.
