JOB SUMMARY:
Christchurch Town Council was formed in 2019 following Dorset’s Local Government Re-Organisation. The Town Council serves a population of approximately 48,000 residents.
Christchurch Town Council are looking to recruit a permanent Town Clerk and Proper Officer.
This is an exciting time to be joining the Town Council where the Clerk will be totally responsible for ensuring that the instructions of the Council in connection with its function as a Local Authority is carried out and will play a pivotal role in leading and contributing to the development and success of the Council.
