Digital Project Manager

One Voice Wales is the national representative body for the 732 Community and Town Councils in Wales.

As the One Voice Wales Digital Project Manager you will: Act as a conduit between the Community and Town Council sector and other organisations supporting digital development in the public sector to share and champion the adoption of digital initiatives, best practice and common standards; Build on and extend the good digital work that is already in existence in the sector; Provide the additional capacity and capability to identify, share, promote and champion a more joined up approach to digital initiatives and their delivery across community and town councils across Wales; Work with colleagues, including the Local Government Chief Digital Officer and the Centre for Digital Public Services to align work with wider activity on digital being undertaken across the public sector; Contribute towards the delivery of Welsh Government’s key digital commitments; Champion Welsh language digital, ensuring that the Welsh language is considered in all plans and strategies to harness the power of digital technologies. Secondments from other public sector bodies and the Third sector considered.

You should have:

  • Two Years Experience of project or programme management. Successfully deliver high quality outcomes that meet the customers’ needs and gives value for money. Identify risks and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders to define the best approach to service design;
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels with a range of stakeholders;
  • Ability to communicate digital concepts to a non-technical audience; and
  • Experience or understanding of working in or with local government or a wider public service environment.

Fel Rheolydd Prosiect Digidol Un Llais Cymru byddwch yn: Gyswllt rhwng y sector Cynghorau Cymuned a Thref a mudiadau eraill sy’n cefnogi datblygiadau digidol yn y sector cyhoeddus er mwyn rhannu ac eiriol dros fabwysiadu mentrau digidol, arfer gorau a safonau cyffredin; Adeiladu ar ac ymestyn y gwaith digidol da sydd yn bod yn barod yn y sector; Darparu’r capasiti a’r gallu ychwanegol i adnabod, rhannu, hyrwyddo ac eiriol dros ffordd fwy gydlynol o gyflwyno mentrau digidol ar draws cynghorau cymuned a thref ledled Cymru; Gweithio gyda chydweithwyr, gan gynnwys y Prif Swyddog Digidol Llywodraeth Leol a’r Ganolfan ar gyfer Gwasanaethau Cyhoeddus Digidol er mwyn cysoni’r gwaith gyda gwaith ehangach ar ddigidol sy’n digwydd ar draws y sector cyhoeddus; Cyfrannu at gyflawni prif ymrwymiadau digidol Llywodraeth Cymru; eiriol dros ddigidol yn y Gymraeg, gofalu fod y Gymraeg yn cael ei hystyried ymhob cynllun a strategaeth i ddefnyddio grym technolegau digidol.
