Bradford on Avon Town Council is seeking to appoint a Deputy Town Clerk, who is forward thinking and proactive to support and deputise for the Chief Executive and Town Clerk.
The Deputy Town Clerk will manage the governance and engagement team, ensuring that business is conducted efficiently and that Town Council decisions are implemented, whilst building strong relationships with the community. You should be self-motivated, have great communication and organisation skills.
You will need bags of energy!
You may already be a Clerk or Deputy or be looking to develop your career, bringing your skills and experience to this role. You should be CiLCA (Certificate in Local Council Administration) qualified or be prepared to be so within one year.
