29 March 2024Following a minor delay, the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) have resumed the 2024-2027 Board Elections for their Vice President. The revised dates for the election period are Monday 25 March to Friday 5 April and we encourage SLCC members to take part. There are two candidates for the Vice President’s office and the elected candidate will be announced at IIMC’s Annual Business Meeting on 22 May during the Annual Conference in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
IIMC has provided the following guidance to explain and ease the process:
- Voting Time Frame: The 2024 IIMC Vice President election will be conducted online via SurveyMonkey for 12 full days beginning Monday, March 25 and ending Friday, April 5 at 5:00 pm Pacific Time.
- Candidates: Biographies for the two candidates may be reviewed here.
Ballot information was sent to all full, SLCC members on Monday 25 March.
