4 August 2021Welsh Government has issued guidance on multi-location meetings (Section 47) and meeting notices (Schedule 4) of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 (‘the 2021 Act’).
The guidance covers the changes and requirements for multi-location meetings as well as advice on council notices.
Further updates and guidance relating to Section 48, Participation at Meetings of Community Councils, will be issued in the autumn.
