2 January 2019The Government has announced a consultation on technical changes to the Community Infrastructure Levy. These changes aim to reduce its complexity and increase its market responsiveness and transparency.
While the proposed reforms do not affect how town and parish councils receive and use their share of any CIL funds, it is nevertheless of interest to the sector.

SLCC will be responding to the consultation and would appreciate copies of any responses members or their councils may be submitting.
