1 November 2018The Government has announced a consultation that seeks views on whether applicants should be required to conduct pre-application consultation with the local community prior to submitting a planning application for shale gas development. More details can be found here
SLCC will be responding to the consultation and would appreciate copies of any responses members or their councils may be submitting.
