Proposals for enforcement of the Environmental Protection (Single-use Plastic Products ) Wales) Bill
The purpose of this consultation is to seek views on proposals to introduce civil sanctions as an alternative enforcement regime to support the bans on specific single-use plastic products, in addition to the criminal sanctions already in the Bill.
