28 March 2022The Department for Levelling Up, Housing, and Communities (DLUHC) has announced continued support for neighbourhood plans after March 2022.
Locality Neighbourhood Planning said,
“We are pleased to advise that DLUHC have confirmed that the four year support programme (2018-22) will be extended for a fifth year, so the new end date will now be March 2023.
DLUHC will shortly be announcing more detail on the coming year’s support programme which will be in-line with the approach of the last four years.
The additional support for groups exploring affordable homes for sale will no longer be available as that pilot programme has completed its three year course.
We plan to open for new grant and Technical Support applications in April. Specific details about when the programme will reopen in the new financial year, will be made available in due course, so please continue to monitor the neighbourhoodplanning.org website for further updates – all updates will be posted there.”
