In our modern world, where the public expects services to be available to them 24-hours a day, any potential impact to the ability to deliver services can be extremely costly, both in monetary terms, but also in terms of reputation. For core health or social care services, any downtime could be catastrophic to our vulnerable service users.

Disruption to services can be caused by any number of things. This session is designed to help you to identify those potential risks, put measures in place to minimise the risk, as well as consider solutions for if any of the risks as realised.

About the Trainer

Lynsey Wilson

Lynsey spent 17 years working in leisure management, delivering health & safety and first aid training, for both public and private sectors, before specializing in the Information Governance Field.

For the past seven years, Lynsey has worked with local authorities, schools and other organisations, auditing compliance with Data Protection and Freedom of Information legislation, as well as advising on and responding to countless requests for access to personal data.
