About the Trainer

Paula Dubbeldam is an MBA and PGCE qualified Trainer and Facilitator at WorkNest with a background in delivering ILM Leadership and Management and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualifications and apprenticeships. She has over 15 years’ experience as a Manager and Consultant across the private, public and not for profit sector sectors with a specialism in school business management.
