Overview

‘Political’ might not be a label we would usually associate with our roles as local government officers, but the heart of politics is navigating the complex waters of conflicting priorities, varying views and multiple stakeholders – waters successful public sector managers need to be able to sail.

This short webinar will explore why it is in an important skill within the clerk’s toolkit, the tension of politics within our roles, and how you can develop your own political astuteness to better serve your community.
