Simon Quin, Executive Director, The Bid Foundation is the Professorial Fellow in Place Management Practice at Manchester Metropolitan University and a recognised international authority on urban place management. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the field, working as a consultant, researcher, place manager, advocate and industry leader. He co-founded the Institute of Place Management, supported the establishment of The BID Foundation, and is now Executive Director of the government-initiated High Streets Task Force.
