6 January 2025The Charity Commission for England and Wales is seeking information through an online consultation from the UK’s voluntary sector and wider civil society to help ‘identify and understand potential vulnerabilities, trends and threats in respect of the risk of terrorist financing abuse.’
The aim of the consultation is to enable the Commission to help non-profit organisations (NPOs) carry out their vital and important work as safely as possible. The Commission is ‘keen to receive responses from all NPOs regardless of whether or not they are charities, and wherever they operate in the UK.’
