Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and communications strategy, driving member engagement, retention, and acquisition. This role will involve overseeing all marketing activities across SLCC and its brands, promoting events, qualifications, training, and services, as well as implementing targeted strategies to enhance our brand visibility. You will also lead on commercial initiatives such as advertising, exhibiting, and sponsorship opportunities to meet financial targets. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Membership & Digital (MMD), you will collaborate across teams to align marketing with organisational goals and develop innovative approaches, including the use of AI tools, to enhance our processes. You will manage and mentor a team of three marketing professionals, supporting their growth and performance, while also overseeing internal and external communications, producing compelling content, and ensuring consistency in messaging.
