4 September 2024Nominations for SLCC’s Board of Directors have now closed. One candidate has been returned unopposed in their region and will take their seat after the AGM on 7 October:
– East: Gina Lopes PSLCC, Clerk, Stoke Ferry Parish Council
Elections will now be held to fill the vacancies in the Midlands, North, South East and South West Regions. The electronic ballot for these regions will open on 11 September, voting will close at 12:00 noon on 25 September, and results will be declared shortly after. Full members, Principal members, Fellow members, Past Service members, and Honorary Vice Presidents in these regions are eligible to vote. Unfortunately, no nominations were received for Wales.

This year, seven positions are available. Each region has one vacancy, with a term of office until the 2028 AGM. There is an additional vacancy for the North Region, with a term of office until the 2027 AGM.
