23 February 2024The government has announced a consultation on changes to Permitted Development Rights, which, amongst other things, would allow for the alteration, extension and, to a lesser extent, the construction of certain buildings without requiring planning permission as well as relax restrictions on the siting and size of electric vehicle charging points and air source heat pumps.
This consultation will last for 8 weeks from 13 February 2024 to 9 April 2024.
