How do we fund Nature Based Recovery (and help meet our statutory Biodiversity Duty)? How do we fund community renewable energy to reduce our CO2 emissions? How do we identify homes that need retrofitting (to keep our residents cool in summer and warm in winter, while reducing their bills) and find funding to take action? How can we attract investment in Nature Based solutions to combat flooding – reducing onward costs to our Highways departments (potholes anyone?), our Water Companies and Insurance Companies?
