| Modern-Day Diets and Menopause Now the conversations (thankfully) around menopause are happening, questions naturally arise around how can we make this transition a little easier. What should I be eating to support my body? Is there anything I should be avoiding? And of course, with the aid of social media, too many voices sharing advice and opinion can make it very confusing as you try to navigate the best way forward. Mel is a registered nutritionist, specialising in non-diet nutrition. During this session, Mel will take a compassionate approach to steering through work, family, home and life in a body that can feel like it belongs to someone else. She will talk honestly about menopausal weight gain and the challenges of nourishing your body in a world that tries to convince us we all need to cut out carbs and fight the aging process. Mel is more than familiar with the immense frustration and desperation many women experience during perimenopause, along with the loss of self-esteem, confidence, and concern about long-term physical and mental health. Mel will provide some gentle tips to help you personalise your nutrition in a sustainable way that is not overwhelming.

| Radical Honesty Burps – When better ‘out than in’ can be a good thing It can be alarming when your normal calm candour is taken over by hormonal truth bombs. However, there is a lot to be said in favour of radical honesty, especially when it’s with yourself. ‘I’ve had enough’, is the breakthrough statement for almost every powerful endeavour. Becky discusses how we can use testosterone to our advantage and get deep clarity on who we are so we don’t play too small a part in the game of life.
