NAMM
As the only trade association representing the craft memorial mason in the UK since its formation in 1907 NAMM is nationally recognised as the trusted consultative body on memorial masonry matters. NAMM provides City & Guilds Assured training and certification to both memorial masons and burial authority personnel with the Safety Inspection and Assessment of Memorials (SIAM) course particularly relevant to those responsible for burial ground safety.
NAMM also administer the Register of Qualified Memorial fixers (RQMF) specifically for burial authority usage which confirms those registered agree work to BS8415 and are appropriately qualified and insured.
