9 February 2023The government has released a policy paper titled Making Government Deliver for the British People which covers four major changes to government around the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, the Department for Business and Trade, and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport.
The future focus is on cleaner, cheaper energy; economic growth; scientific innovation, and more, with some immediate changes to the current departmental structures.
