Overview

Get the most out of appraisals, whether you’re an appraiser or an appraisee!

Good appraisals are fundamental in the employer/employee relationship, and offer both parties a key opportunity for giving feedback and agreeing work goals and development needs.

Without regular and effective appraisals, the council risks wasting effort on the wrong priorities, and even subsequent employment problems if performance or attendance become an issue

This 1-hour webinar on the appraisal system and how it works is designed for those on both sides of the process (who appraise staff, and / or receive an appraisal).

It will explore the basics of appraisals, share tips for before, during, and after the face to face meetings, and explain how to get the most from this frequently dreaded process.
