15 March 2021SLCC has today (12 March 2021) submitted a response to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) on it’s Right to Regenerate: reform of the Right to Contest Consultation.
SLCC Chief Executive, Rob Smith, outlined the concerns of members who had responded to our own survey with their views. The response focused on answering 10 questions which were felt to be of the greatest relevance to local councils.
