SUMMARY
The Deputy Town Clerk & Operations Manager of the Council assists the Town Clerk & General Manager in ensuring that all instructions of the council in connection with its functions are carried out and within approved budgets. The deputy town clerk is expected to assist the town clerk and council on overall policies to be followed in respect of the authorities activities and in particular to produce information required for making effective decisions and to implement constructively all decisions.
