27 October 2020Online feedback for the Virtual National Conference has now closed and the response has been overwhelmingly positive with 89% of attendees reporting that the conference had exceeded their expectations.
Satisfaction at every level was high with many first-time attendees attracted by the accessibility of the online format and the special ‘all inclusive’ ticket thanks to the generous sponsorship of CCLA Investment, Came & Company Local Council Insurance and Blachere Illuminations, which was especially welcome in this tough economic climate.

The feedback survey reported a high number that would attend a future virtual event again and that the overall conference experience is rated at 4.65 out of 5 stars.
